Meet Our President
Khalil Tubbs is a lot of things… he’s a national speaker, husband, former HOSA international postsecondary vice president, real estate investor, Game of Thrones lover, and all around cool guy. While launching this organization in June of 2017, Khalil recognized the need for young leaders to sharpen their skills to effectively grow in self-leadership, confidence, and the grit needed to shape their futures.
At the age of 16, he began employing these skills to receive a full tuition scholarship to Western Michigan University, start his career as a business manager for three dental practices, and hold several leadership positions in his hometown of Battle Creek, MI. Khalil didn’t wait to reach a certain age to tap into his leadership potential and that’s what he inspires each student he encounters to do.
